Please join us as we walk, celebrate and remember Evan Hoffman on what would have been his 14th birthday. Evan passed away on June 9, 2010 after a valiant two-year battle against rhabdomyosarcoma. This event is being held at Lincoln Park in Springfield with all proceeds benefiting the Evan Hoffman Children’s Fund for St. John’s Children’s Hospital.
